phdram Terms & Conditions

1.1 These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the phdram platform, including all games, services, promotions, and features available at phdram.org and any associated applications or platforms operated by the Company.

1.2 By registering an account, depositing funds, or placing a wager, you represent that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full; (b) you agree to be legally bound by them; (c) you meet all eligibility requirements described in Section 2; and (d) all information you have provided to phdram is accurate, current, and complete.

1.3 If you are accessing phdram on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms and that both you and that person accept these terms.

1.4 phdram reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Players are encouraged to review these terms periodically.

2.1 Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for a phdram account and to participate in any game, bet, or promotion. This requirement is consistent with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility: phdram is operated for players in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of phdram complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. phdram makes no representation that use of the platform is lawful in any jurisdiction outside those in which we hold valid operating authority.

2.3 Identity Verification: phdram reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, UMID, SSS ID, driver's licence, or similar), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Account functionality may be restricted pending completion of verification.

2.4 One Account Policy: Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account with phdram. Duplicate accounts may result in cancellation of all accounts, forfeiture of balances, and permanent ban from the platform.

2.5 Employees Excluded: Employees of phdram, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, game providers, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in real-money gaming on the phdram platform.

3.1 To access real-money games and services on phdram, you must register a player account by providing accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information required by phdram.

3.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phdram login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party under any circumstances.

3.3 phdram will never request your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from phdram requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately at [email protected].

3.4 You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify phdram immediately. phdram will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account use prior to notification.

3.5 phdram accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise deal with your account or any funds, bonuses, or winnings associated with it.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods: phdram accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Available methods may be updated from time to time at phdram's discretion.

4.2 Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱50.00 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified within the withdrawal section of your phdram account dashboard.

4.3 Currency: All transactions on the phdram platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phdram does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

4.4 Processing Times: GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your phdram wallet within sixty (60) seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the sending bank. Withdrawal processing times are displayed at the point of request and are indicative only.

4.5 Verification Before Withdrawal: phdram may require completion of identity verification before processing withdrawal requests. This is a regulatory requirement and applies to all players regardless of account status.

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering: phdram complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where operationally feasible. phdram reserves the right to request documentation supporting the source of funds deposited.

4.7 Dormant Account Fees: Accounts that have been inactive (no login, deposit, or wager) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee. Players will be notified before any fee is applied.

5.1 phdram may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotions from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published alongside each offer and form part of this agreement.

5.2 Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and time limit for each offer will be specified in the individual promotion terms.

5.3 Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless expressly stated otherwise. Attempts to claim a bonus multiple times by any means — including registering additional accounts — may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

5.4 phdram reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to an active player, phdram will use reasonable efforts to honour the original terms.

5.5 phdram reserves the right to withhold or void bonus winnings where there is reasonable evidence that a player has exploited a bonus offer, engaged in bonus abuse, or violated any applicable terms.

6.1 Game Rules: Each game offered on the phdram platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless otherwise specified.

6.2 Random Number Generation: All RNG-based games on phdram use certified random number generation technology. The outcomes of all games are independently audited to ensure fairness and compliance with applicable standards.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical error, system failure, or software malfunction during gameplay, phdram reserves the right to void affected rounds and refund wagers. Any winnings resulting from a demonstrable malfunction shall be void and not payable.

6.4 Collusion and Cheating: Any attempt to collude with other players, exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated betting software ("bots"), or employ any other unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. phdram employs detection systems to identify such behaviour. Violation may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

6.5 Maximum Payout: Maximum payout limits per game, per day, and per promotional period may apply. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or promotion details.

7.1 phdram is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under the PAGCOR regulatory framework seriously in this regard. We provide tools to help players manage their gaming activity.

7.2 Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits within their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases to existing limits are subject to a cooling-off period.

7.3 Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the phdram platform at any time. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to phdram support. During any self-exclusion period, phdram will use reasonable efforts to prevent access to the excluded account, including declining to offer promotional communications.

7.4 Reality Checks: Players may set session time reminders to receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.

7.6 Under-age Protection: It is a serious criminal offence for any person under the age of 21 to open a phdram account. phdram will take all reasonable measures to prevent minors from accessing the platform and will cooperate fully with any law enforcement authority in investigating suspected underage gambling.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phdram platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one (1) account, whether under your own name or a third party's name.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the phdram platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any artificial intelligence tool to place wagers or exploit the platform.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or system malfunctions for financial gain.
• Engaging in charge-back fraud, including disputing valid transactions with your payment provider after completing gaming activity.
• Circumventing self-exclusion restrictions by registering a new account.
• Allowing any other person to use your account, or using another person's account.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the phdram platform or its infrastructure.

9.1 All content on the phdram platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, and video — is the property of phdram or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the phdram platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the phdram platform.

9.3 The phdram name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of the Company. Unauthorised use of any phdram trademark is strictly prohibited.

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phdram shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of the phdram platform.

10.2 phdram's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 phdram does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phdram makes no warranty that any defect in the platform will be corrected.

10.4 You access the phdram platform at your own risk. Gaming involves a risk of financial loss. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit.

11.1 phdram reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where phdram reasonably believes that: (a) you have violated these Terms & Conditions; (b) your account has been used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) you have provided false registration information; or (d) continued operation of your account poses a risk to phdram or other players.

11.2 Upon account termination for cause, phdram reserves the right to withhold any balance, bonus funds, and winnings pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, funds may be forfeited and reported to relevant authorities.

11.3 You may close your phdram account at any time by contacting our support team. On closure, any real-money balance (net of applicable withdrawal minimums) will be returned to your registered payment method following verification.

12.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

12.2 In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact phdram customer support to seek an informal resolution. phdram aims to resolve all player complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

12.3 If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration in Metro Manila, Philippines, in accordance with applicable Philippine arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent interlocutory relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

12.4 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions must be raised within twelve (12) months of the event giving rise to the dispute. Claims brought outside this limitation period will be time-barred.

13.1 phdram reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, and/or via a notice displayed on the phdram platform.

13.2 The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes were made. Your continued use of the phdram platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

13.3 If you do not agree to any amended terms, you must discontinue use of the phdram platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
